Design and Printing

1. All Pictures shown in the website are just for reference purpose only. All types of customization available.
2. Colours may vary, please do not compare the final printed product with the designed soft copy.
3. It is impossible to guarantee 100% colour accuracy.
4. While placing an order you should provide complete and correct information and/or content for designing and printing.
5. You must provide high-resolution files for related images, photos, logo which are going to be the part of design otherwise no complaints against design and/or printing quality will be entertained.

Payment

1. The total payable amount quoted in the estimate is inclusive of designing, printing, packaging, delivery, taxes, and other charges.
2. 60% of the total payable amount should be paid in advance (while placing the order) and the remaining 40% amount should be paid at the time of delivery.
3. The estimate provided for a particular requirement of products and services is valid for 20 days from the date of the estimate.
4. The cheque should be written in the name of “Parastar Printing and Packaging Solution”

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Printeee.com ("Site/Brand") is solely owned by Parastar Printing and Packaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
2. All the data on this site, including images, photos, icons, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, etc. are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by the company.
3. Brand logo, name, and designs are All RIGHTS RESERVED. All other trademarks, category names, product names, and company names or logos used here are the property of their respective owners.
4. You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any materials from the site without the company’s prior written permission.
5. Printing materials for any other reason or transferring materials for use on any other website, or the modification, distribution, or republication of materials without the company’s prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Order Processing

1. Proof approval delays will extend production timelines accordingly.
2. Rush orders may incur additional charges (quoted case-by-case).
3. Orders are processed in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
2. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon handover to carrier.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value. We are not liable for consequential damages (lost profits, business interruption, etc.).
